Bean-to-Bar: Diamond Chocolate Factory Private Tasting Tour

Step inside Diamond Chocolate's working factory and trace Grenada's prized Trinitario cacao from fermented bean to finished single-origin bar — with a guided tasting flight that rivals any luxury chocolatier.

What to expect

The tour begins in Diamond's cacao garden, where you snap open a fresh pod and taste the sweet white pulp around raw beans — revelatory. Inside the factory, the chocolatier walks you through fermentation, drying, roasting, and conching, explaining how altitude, soil, and humidity shape each batch. The tasting flight moves from 60% to 85% dark, through flavoured bars infused with local nutmeg, rum, and sea salt. You'll leave with a curated selection of bars to take back aboard.
