Sail to the protected Lavezzi Islands aboard a catamaran, snorkelling crystalline turquoise waters and exploring hidden sea caves. One of the Mediterranean's most pristine marine reserves — a true bucket-list immersion in wild Corsican beauty.
What to expect
Depart the Bonifacio marina and sail south through the dramatic Strait of Bonifacio to the Lavezzi Archipelago. Snorkel over posidonia meadows teeming with sea bream and octopus in water so clear visibility reaches 20+ metres. Step ashore on granite-sculpted islets that look like a sculptor's dream, with not a building in sight. Return with the legendary Bonifacio cliffs glowing amber as you sail back into port.
Good to know
Half-day trips (4–5 hrs) depart ~09:00 and ~14:00 — the morning sailing is cooler and less crowded. The Lavezzi are a protected nature reserve; landing areas are designated. Pre-book directly at the port kiosks or online; trips fill fast in July–August. Confirm all-aboard time with the ship before booking.
