Gain rare privileged access to the Guiana Space Centre — Europe's spaceport — including the Ariane 5/6 launch complex, the Jupiter control room, and the rocket assembly hall, guided by a space-industry insider.
What to expect
A credentialed space-industry guide collects your small group and leads you through security into the heart of the world's most commercially active spaceport. You'll stand at the base of the Ariane launch table, tour the cavernous integration building where rockets are assembled horizontally, and visit the Jupiter control room from which launches are commanded. The scale — and the knowledge that this facility has launched more than half of all commercial satellites in orbit — is genuinely awe-inspiring.
Good to know
Visits must be reserved in advance through CSG; bring a valid passport as security clearance is required. Photography rules are strict inside restricted zones. The spaceport is 20 minutes from the Kourou tender dock by taxi (approx. EUR 20 each way). Allow 3–4 hours minimum.
