Descend into the granite-terraced vineyards of the Gallura hills — Italy's only Vermentino DOCG zone — for an intimate guided tour of the cellar, olive groves, and estate, crowned by a curated tasting of Sardinia's finest whites and reds paired with island charcuterie and aged pecorino.
What to expect
A short 15-minute transfer from the port brings you to the estate's sun-warmed granite terraces overlooking the Gulf of Olbia. The cellar master walks you through the DOC and DOCG classifications, opens barrels for aroma analysis, and pours three to five wines — typically the flagship Vermentino di Gallura Superiore alongside a Cannonau Riserva. The tasting table is dressed with local honey, fig jam, aged Fiore Sardo cheese, and cured meats from the estate's farm neighbours. Bottles can be purchased and packed for travel.
Good to know
The estate is approx. 15 mins by taxi from the cruise terminal — easily self-navigated. Book ahead; private experiences sell out in summer. Allow 2–2.5 hours. Arrange a taxi or private transfer return to ensure punctual all-aboard.
