The private Ring of Kerry tour is a tighter call only if you value exclusivity; otherwise the ship’s version is the saner buy for most couples. If I could pick only one, I would take the Dingle Peninsula and Slea Head Drive Group Tour and call it a perfect day. It is the single best use of limited time in Dingle — classic Irish scenery without the logistical theatre of a private driver or the wet unpredictability of a rib. Everything else is a bonus.
