Expect a slow-moving conveyor belt experience that lasts about 10-15 minutes. It's genuinely photogenic and impressive in scale, but it's also crowded, especially around midday. The tunnel itself is the highlight; the surrounding aquarium exhibits are decent but not world-class compared to the tunnel's wow factor. Most people walk through once, take photos, then head out.

Best time is November to March when it's cooler and visitor numbers are slightly more manageable. Go early morning (first hour after opening) to avoid the worst crowds and get cleaner photos without endless heads in frame. Expect to pay around $50-70 for basic tunnel access. Adding the full aquarium and underwater zoo pushes it to $100-130. Skip the overpriced glass-bottom boat ride above the tank and any "VIP tunnel" upsells; they're not worth it.
