The Neon Museum night tour gets you onto the outdoor boneyard after dark when the restored signs are lit up. Expect a guided walk among 250+ historic neon signs for about 45 minutes, followed by (or combined with) an open-top bus ride down the Strip and to Fremont Street. The whole thing usually runs around three hours. It’s a solid way to see vintage Vegas without just wandering the Strip; the signs look dramatically better at night than during the day. Crowds are moderate, the guides know their stuff, and you get decent photo ops if you’re patient.
Best time is spring or fall when it’s not 100+ degrees at night. Summer evenings are still warm but tolerable after 8pm; winter is chilly once the sun drops. Expect to pay around $80–$130 per person depending on whether you go for a small-group guided experience or a larger bus tour. Book the later slot if you want fewer people around the signs.
Tip: Choose the version that includes the open-top bus if you haven’t done a nighttime Strip tour yet — it’s the better value. Skip the add-on photo packages; your phone works fine with the lighting. Wear comfortable shoes — there’s gravel and you’ll be standing a lot.
