Expect a mix of photo stops, wandering through markets or small museums, and perhaps a coffee or snack break. It’s relaxed rather than thrilling; you cover everything on foot or by small van in 2–4 hours. The area gets hot and crowded by midday, so tours that start early feel far more pleasant.

Best time is December to March when it’s dry and slightly cooler. Avoid the peak of rainy season (June–October) unless you don’t mind getting wet between stops.
