HaYarkon Park is Tel Aviv's major green space straddling the Yarkon River in the north of the city, featuring manicured lawns, a 10-acre Rock Garden with 3,500 plant species, and a five-acre Tropical Garden with orchids and a rain forest-like micro-climate. Visitors can bike on flat accessible trails, rent boats at the Daniel Rowing Center, explore a water park with slides and wave pool, visit dog parks, a bird sanctuary, and a petting zoo.
