Rožmberk Castle is one of the oldest castles in Bohemia, founded in the 13th century and situated on a promontory carved by the Vltava River in South Bohemia. Visitors can explore the Renaissance and Neo-Gothic interiors furnished with Baroque furniture, paintings by Late Renaissance and Baroque masters, a weapons armoury, and the famous portrait of Perchta, the White Lady of Rožmberk.
