A late-opening, gin-in-hand wander through the Abbey Garden after the day-trippers have gone, when the light and scent are at their best.
What to expect
You arrive as regular garden hours end and are welcomed with a locally distilled gin and tonic before a relaxed guided stroll through the terraces as they empty out. Guides point out the palms, aeoniums and agaves that thrive in this quirky microclimate, with the sea and sky changing colour as the tour goes on. It closes with more drinks near the Abbey ruins.
Good to know
Only runs on specific summer evenings — check the calendar against your ship's call, as timing after all-aboard can be tight; this is best if your ship has a late departure or overnight.
