What to expect
After a brief but thorough musher's briefing, you take the reins of your own sled — a team of 6–8 eager Alaskan huskies pulling you through a silent, snow-draped Arctic landscape. The sensation of gliding across frozen terrain with only the sound of paws on snow is utterly otherworldly. Experienced guides accompany the group on sleds of their own, providing safety oversight and fascinating insights into the dogs' lives and training. After the run, you're invited to interact with the pack — puppies included — and warm up with hot Arctic berry juice and a light snack.
