Slip out of Calvi marina at golden hour aboard a private skippered yacht, champagne in hand, as the Citadel turns amber and the Balagne mountains glow. Rated 5.0 by those who've done it — and for very good reason.
What to expect
The skipper steers you along the Revellata peninsula's dramatic limestone cliffs, cutting the engine in a mirror-flat cove for a pre-sunset swim. As the light drops, you drift back into the bay with Calvi's illuminated citadel as your backdrop — cameras will be working overtime. Onboard Corsican nibbles and an aperitif spread are typically included. The two-hour format makes it ideal after a day ashore, returning well before darkness.
