A fully private, expert-led full-day expedition across both of Española's visitor sites — Punta Suarez and Gardner Bay — with your own certified naturalist. Unhurried, deeply personalised, and entirely at your pace: the ultimate Galápagos day.
What to expect
The morning begins with a zodiac landing at Punta Suarez for the full wildlife circuit — albatrosses, marine iguanas, blowholes, Nazca boobies, and Española mockingbirds. After a gourmet picnic lunch aboard your private vessel, the afternoon moves to Gardner Bay: a sweeping white-sand beach where Galápagos sea lions lounge in the surf and green sea turtles nest above the tide line. Snorkelling in Gardner Bay's crystalline shallows with your guide rounds out the day. By the time the panga returns you to your ship, you'll have experienced the full breadth of one of the Galápagos' most biodiverse islands.
Good to know
Pre-booking weeks in advance is essential — private permits on Española are limited by the National Park. Bring high-SPF reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. All-aboard timing should be confirmed with your ship before departure; allow a buffer of at least 60 minutes.
