What to expect
Texels Bier has been brewing on the island since 1999 and has become a cult favourite among Dutch craft beer aficionados. The guided tour takes you through the full production process — from malt milling and open fermentation to barrel conditioning — with the head brewer or a senior guide narrating the philosophy behind each recipe. The tour culminates in the sunlit tasting room, where a flight of five to six beers is served with locally produced charcuterie and Texel sheep's cheese.
