If I could pick only one, I would take La Cité du Vin: Permanent Exhibition + Belvedere on its own and spend the rest of the day wandering the quays and Chartrons district. The $27 ticket price, strong reviews and walkable location make it the smartest use of limited cruise time in Bordeaux. The big-ticket St-Emilion tours are memorable but expensive and logistically heavy for a single port day; they suit a longer river cruise itinerary far better than a hurried ocean call.
