The evening wildlife experience is hard to replicate on your own, the price is reasonable, and 918 reviews suggest the logistics work. The ship’s version is a legitimate safety net on a long transfer, but the independent price makes this the clearest place to book direct and keep the difference in your pocket. Melbourne rewards the traveller who trusts its compact CBD and reliable tram system; the big-ticket nature day is the one that benefits most from letting someone else drive.
