It gets very busy, especially around the pools and food areas, so don’t expect a relaxing beach-club vibe. The park is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are generally friendly, but it’s loud, crowded, and you’ll spend a lot of time queuing on peak days.

Best time is November to March when it’s cooler; you’ll actually enjoy being in the water instead of baking. Avoid summer if possible — the heat makes the experience exhausting. Expect to pay around $70–$110 per adult for a standard day ticket (kids cheaper). Add food, lockers, and photos and it climbs quickly. The “Super Pass” or multi-park tickets can be better value if you’re also doing the aquarium or dolphin stuff.
