Expect to get completely wet – you'll wade through 21 natural pools, scramble up two modest waterfalls, and spend about two hours in the water. It's moderately physical: some slippery sections and modest climbing, but nothing technical. The setting feels refreshingly uncrowded compared to Dunn's River.
