Expect a solid 45-90 minute visit walking through dimly lit tunnels with 100+ sharks gliding overhead, plus stingrays, giant green sea turtles, a few crocodiles, and a Komodo dragon. The two acrylic tunnels are the highlight; the water is clear and the sharks are genuinely impressive up close. It’s smaller than a major public aquarium but feels well-maintained and surprisingly quiet even when the Strip is packed. Kids love it, adults usually come away thinking it was better than expected for a hotel attraction.
Best time is weekday mornings right after opening or late afternoon before the 7pm last entry; weekends and evenings get noticeably busier. Las Vegas weather doesn’t matter much since it’s indoors, but summer crowds are heavier overall. Expect to pay around $25–$35 for a standard adult ticket; packages with photos or behind-the-scenes add $15–$30 more. Skip the overpriced souvenir photos and the add-on “touch pool” if you’re short on time; both feel like afterthoughts.
