Swim and snorkel the clear, less-visited coves just south of Fiskardo's harbour, reachable on foot or by a short kayak paddle, where the water is calm and genuinely transparent.
What to expect
You rent gear right at the Fiskardo waterfront and paddle south past the lighthouse toward Foki beach, a small pine-backed cove popular with locals rather than cruise groups. The water here is exceptionally clear, with rocky ledges good for snorkeling. It's an easy, low-key few hours that shows the coastline the way islanders actually use it.
Good to know
Foki Beach can also be reached by a short walk or taxi if you'd rather skip the paddle; go before noon for the calmest water and best visibility.
