Champagne Beach: Private Half-Day with Port Olry Village Visit

Stretch out on Champagne Beach — consistently ranked among the world's most beautiful beaches — with powdery white sand, translucent turquoise water, and almost no one else in sight when you arrive early by private transfer.

What to expect

The drive north from Luganville through lush jungle passes cocoa plantations and traditional nakamals. At Champagne Beach the water is so calm and clear it reads almost neon. You'll have time to snorkel the reef fringe, walk the full crescent, and simply float. The detour to Port Olry reveals hand-painted pirogues, Catholic church murals, and a pace of life unchanged for decades.

Good to know

Champagne Beach is approximately 45 min north of the wharf by road — a 4WD track in wet season. Bring reef-safe sunscreen and cash (VUV) for the small beach entry fee of approx. VUV 500. Ideal departure is 7:30 am to secure the beach nearly to yourself.
